About Susan Wolfson
Biography
Hello and welcome to my campaign website! I’m Susan Wolfson, and I’ve been a Glendale resident for over 18 years as well as a California-licensed CPA for over 30 years. My career started at two of the largest CPA firms in the world, including participating in the audits of the City of Houston and the Los Angeles Airport.
Since then, I have worked in numerous industries, provided tax compliance and forensic accounting services, and served in the Finance Department of the City of La Canada Flintridge for 7 years. My work in La Canada allowed me the opportunity to become very familiar with all aspects of municipal functioning, working with all departments, participating in payroll & 1099 preparation, and in all Finance Department activities. I worked closely with their City Clerk and her staff, assisting with Finance-related public record requests and preparing an agenda item for every City Council meeting.
